Galaxy Grand Hotel, Nuwara Eliya

I stayed in a Triple Room with Lake View and the experience was very nice! The room was large and comfortable, and the amazing view over the lake made my mornings lovely. I loved sipping my tea on the balcony while watching the sunrise. It was just a perfect way to start the day!

The Sri Lankan breakfast I had during my two-night stay was truly good. Each dish was freshly made and full of flavor. I especially appreciated that the staff catered to my kids' preferences, providing corn flakes and fruits to ensure they enjoyed their meals too. It was a fantastic way to fuel up for the day!

I found the bathroom in my room to be very clean and well-maintained. The shower had great water pressure and provided hot water consistently, which I appreciated during my stay. It felt like a personal retreat after a long day of exploring!

Traveling with kids can be challenging, but the helpfulness of the staff at the hotel made everything so much easier. They ensured that our children received suitable breakfast options, which made for a stress-free dining experience. It's always a relief to have such thoughtful services available when traveling with a family!
